We also are the exclusive local distributor of Good Faith Farm's Olives and olive oil, having a long time personal relationship with Todd and Oasis Benson. Here is what they have to say about their farm in Flournoy, California: We grow premium organic olives in our northern California old groves. Our hand-picked olives are truly raw and slow-cured using old world methods. They are rich in digestive enzymes, amino acids and fresh oils! Our gentle curing methods, adapted from traditional practices, preserve their flavor, texture and nutritional value, resulting in an olive experience unlike any other available in the US. We use only northern California sea salts and real salt from ancient sea beds in Utah for the brine. No lye is ever used, no chemical ripening agents, colorings or preservatives. We use only sustainable farming and economic methods and no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides of any kind in our groves. We also produce small batches of premium olive oil. Oil is cold pressed immediately after harvest from premium olives, a blend of select varieties for better nutrition and flavor. Our olives and olive oils are distributed by our good friends Stephan and Deborah of Figgieville at Wren Thicket Market.
