Terrell (Spence) and Carla Spencer and the kids, Simmey, Silas and Gwen

West Fork, AR

Terrell "Spence" and Carla Spencer & the kids, Simmey, Silas and Gwen facebook Across the Creek Farm is the Spencer family farm located in Northwest Arkansas. We focus on raising free range poultry and pork on pasture, and we use only GMO-Free feed. Soon we will also offer pastured goat. We're steadily transforming our 34 acre homestead on a rocky, highly eroded Boston Mountain holler into a place where life echoes and good food is grown for good families like ours and yours. We started with our first batch of chickens in 2007 with a small flock of layers. Fast forward 6 years later, and we’re raising 1000s of broilers and hens on GMO-Free grains and pasture for Northwest Arkansas on two farms. The farm has several secondary enterprises as well, but growing the best tasting chicken in the region at a reasonable price remains our focus. You can find other chicken and eggs in the area some cheaper and some more expensive, but you won’t find any chicken or eggs that are better than a pasture-raised Across the Creek Farm bird. We believe in what we do, and we are regional distributors of GMO-free feed in our area. We currently sell feed to farmers in Benton, Crawford, and Washington Counties. We’re serious about the quality of the food that we grow for you. We’ve spent a lot of time designing systems that work with the God-given characteristics of the animals that surround us, instead of trying to fight nature. Letting a hen be a hen, or a goat a goat, creates an authentic, natural product that’s about as good as it gets. Our commitment to quality can be found in the following ways: No Antibiotics or Hormones. Our feed is 100% GMO-free. Poultry is Pasture Raised from Spring to Early Winter. No Debeaking, Declawing, or Dubbing of Poultry. Volunteer Self-Testing for Salmonella. USDA Inspection on all Meats. Farmer’s Table Café, Vetro 1925, Greenhouse Grille, The Hive, Ella’s and Ferrell’s use our chicken and eggs.
